How to Order

When you find an item you would like to purchase, you can select this item and place it into your own shopping cart. Before this order is processed, you can keep browsing while this item remains in your cart which can be seen to the right of the site. You can add further products to your cart and continue browsing or go to checkout which allows you to finalise the submission of your order of all items in your shopping cart.

Following is a step by step guide to ordering:

1. Select the item you wish to purchase to bring you to more details about this item including price. Appearing under the price of the item is a yellow shopping cart item:

Click on the shopping cart icon to add the item to your shopping cart.

2. Now you can see your shopping cart with your selected item. Here you can enter how many of this item you would like to purchase in the 'quantity' text field and view the prices and total of your cart. If you alter the quantity or any other details here, click on 'update' to view new price and total.

Your shopping cart contents can be seen to the right of this order information and will remain to the right of your screen while you shop.

3. Above the order information you should see options to either 'continue shopping' or 'empty shopping cart.' If you choose to continue shopping you will be taken back to Belpard products. Your selected item remains in your cart while you continue to browse the full range of Belpard items. Repeat the same process to add further items to your cart. If you choose 'empty shopping cart' all the items you have placed in your cart will be removed therefore will not be purchased.

4. When you are ready to purchase the items you have placed in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout to submit your order. You can do this by clicking on the 'go to checkout' option offered below the order information that can be seen after an item is added, or by clicking on 'checkout' in your shopping cart box to the right if you have not added any more items and are still browsing Belpard products.

5. Now that you are in the 'checkout' page, you will see a summary of your order. There are three steps to submitting your order as follows:

STEP ONE: Enter your personal details, billing address and shipping address. All text fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required. Click 'continue'.

STEP TWO: Confirm the details you have entered are valid and correct and click 'continue'.

STEP THREE: Credit card payment is processed using StrataPay, a secure online payment system. You will be automatically directed to the StrataPay payment gateway. This is where you enter your credit card details and can find links to more information on StrataPay privacy, security and conditions. Enter your credit card number, card name, expiry date and you are also required to enter your credit card verification number or CCV number. The CCV number is an extra number on your card to verify credit card authenticity. On a Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard it is a three digit number usually appearing on the back of the card, in the top right corner of the signature strip. On an American Express card it is a four digit number appearing on the front of the card, above and to the right of the card number. Click on the 'What is a CCV?' link in the StrataPay page for more information.
Total purchase amount including postage appears here, click on 'Submit'. Please be patient and only click the 'submit' button once. All payments entered are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

6. Your order has now been submitted. You should be directed back to our site and receive a copy of your invoice via email within the next hour. Please allow 14 - 21 days for delivery.
